About Headleys Deluxe

Headleys Deluxe, born on 1 May 2015, is a chestnut stallion approved by the Anglo European Studbook (AES) and standing at approximately 1.68 m (16.2 hh). He combines exceptional bloodlines—by the German thoroughbred stallion Duke of Hearts xx and out of the Holsteiner mare Colourful Lady (by Casall ASK)—bringing together over 70% thoroughbred blood with elite jumping lineage. He has been produced and competed by Italy’s Giovanni Ugolotti and is owned by Headley Stud Eventing. With WFFS-negative status and high fertility, he stands worldwide via frozen, chilled and fresh semen.

Achievements

Already competed at CCI-L 3* level and selected to represent Italy at the FEI WBFSH Eventing World Breeding Championship for Young Horses at Le Lion d’Angers in both 2021 and 2022 with double clear finishes on his dressage scores.
Achieved a 3rd place on his dressage score in his first CCI-S 3* outing at Wellington.
Licensed as an approved sport-horse stallion by AES at the age of 4, demonstrating rare successful duality of sport performance and breeding approval.
Brings a rare blend of exceptional thoroughbred stamina (via Duke of Hearts) and top show‐jumping bloodlines (via Casall), offering a versatile option for eventing and sport-horse breeders.
