About Primitive Proposal

Primitive Proposal is a British‑bred Thoroughbred stallion (THB) by Primitive Rising xx out of Louella With Love xx (by Hoarwithy xx). He was graded with the Sport Horse Breeding (GB) (SHB‑GB) studbook and stood in the UK. In his youth he competed across disciplines including eventing and dressage, qualifying for the Burghley Young Event Horse Championships at four years old and later qualifying for British Dressage winter regionals. After his competition phase he focused on his breeding career, siring horses aimed at eventing, show‑jumping and show horses.

Achievements

Qualified for the Burghley Young Event Horse Championships at only 4 years old.
Competed in show‑jumping and dressage, achieving a win at Brooksby Pre‑Novice as a 5‑year‑old.
Approved by SHB(GB) and became a sought‑after sire for adding Thoroughbred blood, movement and athleticism for both eventing and sport horse breeding.
His progeny have achieved success: for example, he sired the stallion The After Party, who has gone on to breed further quality sport horses
He left a strong legacy in British breeding; although he was retired from breeding and subsequently put down at age 21, his influence continues.
