About Littledale Bright Star

Littledale Bright Star (12.2 hh) is a small‑but‑mighty Pony Stallion graded with the Sports Pony Studbook Society (SPSS) in the UK. He is by the renowned pony stallion Catherston Nightsafe and out of the mare Gwersyllt Town Mouse, giving him a strong legacy of pony bloodlines. Despite his small stature, he has been described as a “horse in a pony’s body” due to his excellent movement, abundant presence, athleticism, versatile temperament and a jump well above his height. He has been used for multiple disciplines including processing as a sports pony sire, vaulting, driving, and light competition under saddle.

The only SPSS‑passported pony stallion to have sired progeny competing internationally in all three Olympic disciplines (dressage, show‑jumping and eventing).
